Joining the petroleum equipment distribution industry in 1995, Steve began his career in an entry level role with a prominent Northwest-based distributor. Ascending from his initial position in Operations, Steve accepted a role in Inside Sales in 1997, gaining experience in Retail Petroleum and Chemical/Industrial applications. His reputation in this field led Steve to apply for and be accepted to serve on the Petroleum Equipment Institute RP1400 Committee to produce the “Recommended Practices for the Design and Installation of Fueling Systems for Emergency Generators, Stationary Diesel Engines and Oil Burner Systems”, published in 2014. Steve was asked to speak on the panel announcing the release at the PEI/NACS convention later that year.
