Warranty Submission Process
To submit a Fill-Rite product for warranty, please complete the following steps:
- ID the Device by Model Number
- Capture the Date Code using the Date Stamp Guide
- Confirm the product is within Warranty period per the Fill-Rite Warranty Policy
- Identify the nature of the problem, i.e. Won’t Pump, Doesn’t Turn On, etc.
- Submit a picture of the Pump/Motor or Product Data Plate and a picture of the Date Code to Wilson/Rogers at Sales@WilsonRogers.com
- Indicate Preference: Credit on Account or Replacement Product
- Contact your Wilson/Rogers Representative with any questions.
